The team is made up of GPs, ANPs, HCAs, pharmacists, and an experienced administrative team, all working together to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.The practice is known for its collaborative ethos, focus on wellbeing, and commitment to professional development. It embraces innovation and regularly reviews systems to ensure clinicians can focus on clinical care, with strong support from the wider multidisciplinary team and PCN staff.Key Responsibilities:Management of long-term conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension)Childhood and adult immunisationsCervical cytologyWound care and dressingsHealth promotion and lifestyle adviceSupporting QOF and other clinical targetsWorking closely with GPs, ANPs, and PCN staff to provide holistic careWhat the Practice Offers:Competitive salary , dependent on experience and qualificationsFlexible working pattern
