This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the seamless operation of our practices. As Practice Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving day-to-day efficiency and enhancing the overall client experience.Your Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage and motivate a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, and ensure a positive work environment.Manage budgets, financial reporting, and billing processes, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.Client Relationship Management: Maintain excellent client relations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement procedures to optimise practice operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and patient flow.Compliance and Standards: Ensure the practice adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and veterinary standards.Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe environment for staff, clients, and animals.Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and find practical solutions to improve practice performance and client satisfaction.About Alcombe Vets
Alcombe Vets is a well-established first-opinion practice with two convenient locations in the heart of vibrant neighbourhoods. Both our Whitton and Osterley branches are easily accessible, with excellent transport links, and are just a short walk from local cafes, grocery stores, and community amenities.Our practices are fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including brand new dental x-rays, digital x-rays, ultrasound, a multiparameter machine, a microscope, and an in-house laboratory for diagnostics. We have two spacious consulting rooms at each location, bright reception areas, and comfortable staff rooms with kitchenettes and relaxation areas for breaks. We take great pride in our loyal and dedicated client base and the strong relationships we’ve built with them. Additionally, we support charitable initiatives and regularly work with organisations like Cats Protection and other local charities, providing care for pets in need.Working pattern
This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 08:30 AM and 5:00 PM. We are happy to consider flexible and hybrid working requests for the successful candidate, provided adequate crossover with the whole team is in place.Benefits and Perks
