Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to work closely with the Directors, oversee a substantial client portfolio, and support the development of junior and senior team members. The Role As Practice Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio generating approximately £400,000 in annual fees, ensuring clients receive a high-quality service while maintaining strong commercial and operational control. Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors Reviewing statutory accounts before Director sign-off Reviewing corporate and personal tax returns Reviewing VAT returns and management accounts Acting as the primary relationship manager for clients Conducting client meetings and advising on accounting and tax matters Managing workflow, WIP, recoverability, and fee note generation Supporting and developing team ..... full job details .....
