PR and Communications Manager

Overview

A design-led studio with an international footprint across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East is seeking a PR and Communications Manager to lead its brand storytelling and strategic outreach. This is a pivotal role for a confident communicator with a refined aesthetic sensibility and a strong network in the luxury, architecture, or interiors sectors.Responsibilities

Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications plan that aligns with the needs and priorities of the practiceWork collaboratively to develop and roll out refreshed brand guidelines and training all staff, including tone of voice and brand personality, to deliver greater consistency and clarity across all written and visual touchpointsBuild and enhance best practice case studies, bids, awards, and testimonials (where necessary approved by the client) that can be used for sales, marketing, and media activitiesSupport the development of new businessHelp coordinate internal events and communications to increase relevance and impactProvide monthly reporting on marketing performance, PR coverage, and ROICollaborate with senior leadership on business development communicationsManage award submissions and coordinate speaking opportunities for senior teamPlan and deliver networking events to enhance brand visibilitySkills and Experience

Minimum 5 years in PR, marketing, or communications within a luxury or design-led industryStrong press and media contacts in architecture, interiors, or luxury sectorsExcellent writing and editing skills with a meticulous eye for detailProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), CMS, Mailchimp, and social media toolsHighly self-motivated, discreet, and capable of working independentlyThe right to live and work in the UKFlexible working arrangementsOpportunity to shape the public voice of a globally recognised studioCollaborative and creative culture with international exposureSeniority level
