PPA Teacher

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school seeking a committed PPA Teacher to provide high-quality classroom cover across all year groups from Reception to Year 6. This is an exciting opportunity for an adaptable teacher who can quickly build positive relationships and deliver engaging lessons throughout the school.

The Role

As a PPA Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Provide classroom cover to allow teachers their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.
• Create positive and engaging learning environments for pupils of all ages.
• Adapt your teaching style to suit different year groups and learning needs.
• Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
• Work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to ensure continuity of learning.
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within the primary age range.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• The ability to quickly establish rapport with pupils and staff.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
• A passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
