We provide IT services to all staff and operate an in-house IT function, including 1st/2nd/3rd line support, Cyber Security Services, Application Support and Development. As part of a cloud transformation, we are developing automated processes across our software ecosystem.About the Role
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be part of an automation-focused development team delivering prioritized automation projects.Responsibilities
The design and development of automation solutions built primarily on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Azure Logic Apps.Support and maintain existing automation solutions.Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical designs and solutions.Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of automation governance, development standards, and documentation protocols.Collaborate with IT specialist teams to ensure data security, infrastructure and networking standards are respected.Stay updated on business service features and developments to remain focused on relevant services.Previous experience as a process automation developer or in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years'' experience.Proven hands-on experience in design, implementation, and management of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps.Knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies.Experience in building integrations and APIs to connect the Power Platform with other systems.Experience working in/with the Power Platform Centre of Excellence as an SME to drive adoption and alignment to business goals.Proficient in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#).Experience with CI/CD automated deployments of solutions through Azure DevOps.Deep understanding of business process analysis, optimization techniques, and enterprise integration.Attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Understanding of data governance, cyber security standards, and automation compliance.Familiarity with Azure services.Proficient in working with APIs to connect the Power Platform with other systems.Implementing strong security around data sets.Desirable: knowledge and experience in the financial services industries would be advantageous.Additional Information
