Find out more about who we are: About Wesleyan Make a Difference as a Point of Sale Technician As a Point of Sale Technician, you will play a key role within the Advice and Operations function, supporting both field-based and head office teams with technical queries relating to the Customer Relationship Management and Point of Sale systems, as well as the wider financial advice process. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will help ensure advisers and colleagues can deliver a seamless customer experience by providing system support, resolving technical issues, and driving continuous improvements.
