This is a key leadership role responsible for establishing, governing, and optimising the account-level PMO to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across a portfolio of initiatives.This position will suit an experienced PMO professional with a strong governance background and proven ability to operate at programme and portfolio level, working closely with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPMO Leadership and GovernanceEstablish and lead the account PMO strategy, operating model, and governance frameworkDefine and implement project management standards, methodologies, templates, and controlsEnsure PMO processes align with organisational goals, compliance requirements, and delivery standardsConduct regular project audits and quality assurance reviewsPortfolio and Programme OversightProvide full visibility across the account portfolio, including dependencies, risks, and resource planningSupport prioritisation and sequencing of initiatives alongside senior leadershipOversee delivery performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetReporting and Performance ManagementDevelop and ..... full job details .....
