PMO Manager (Integration) - 12 months FTC

Due to a merger, a client who is one of the UK’s leading financial services companies is looking for a PMO Manager to join their Delivery Management Office. In this role, you will lead the integration central programme office team to co-ordinate all aspects of the programme including reporting, planning, governance and financial management. To be successful in this role, you will need either MandA or integration experience in a lead PMO capacity. Due to the size of the project, there is a high chance the contract will be extended or moved into a permanent role.Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Integration Director to oversee and execute integration programmesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all workstreamsEnsure risks are managed and raised in line with agreed organisational standardsFacilitate development and upkeeping of value cases, funding requests and cost profileTool and technology managementSupport the Integration Director in the allocation and management of resourcesSupport the establishment and maintenance of programme governance structuresQualifications
Strong PMO experience including setting up a PMO from scratchStrong experience as a PMO Manager within MandA or integration projects/programmesStrong leadership experience – experience leading or managing a teamExperience working on a multi-million pound portfolioProgramme management skills including managing risk dependencies, issues and assumptions, planning and co-ordination, and setting/facilitating up workshopsFinancial services industry experienceSalary and Benefits
