We''re seeking a PMO Governance and Assurance Lead to play a critical role within a major programme operating in a complex BPO environment. You will own and drive governance, assurance, and Stage-Gate controls-ensuring all delivery meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and contractual acceptance.This is a key leadership role and a vital enabler of successful programme delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and implement the programme governance framework across all workstreamsLead Stage-Gate reviews, ensuring deliverables meet quality, evidence, and contractual standardsOversee deliverable tracking, validation, and acceptance sign-offEmbed BPO contract requirements (SLAs, KPIs, milestones) into governance processesConduct assurance reviews, audits, and compliance checks, driving corrective actionsProvide senior-level reporting and act as escalation point for governance issuesPromote a culture of quality, control, and accountability across the PMOExperience RequiredStrong background in PMO governance or assurance leadership rolesExperience within BPO / outsourcing environments (transition or transformation programmes)Deep understanding of Stage-Gate processes, programme controls, and RAID managementKnowledge of SLAs, KPIs, service acceptance, and payment-linked ..... full job details .....
