PMO Analyst - London Organisation Consula are hiring on behalf of a leading Birmingham-based organisation for a PMO Analyst to join their growing team. The Role As a PMO Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of a range of projects and programmes, working closely with project managers, senior stakeholders and wider business teams. You''ll help ensure projects are well organised, accurately tracked and delivered effectively. This is a varied role offering exposure to project governance, reporting, planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery and coordination of projects and programmes Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and key documentation Produce regular project status reports and management information Track milestones, deadlines, budgets and deliverables Support project governance, meetings and reporting cycles Prepare agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions Work with stakeholders across different teams to gather updates and information Identify risks, issues and dependencies and ensure these are appropriately tracked Help improve PMO processes, systems and ways of working Provide general project and administrative support as required About You We''re looking for someone who is organised, proactive ..... full job details .....
