This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation playing a critical role in supporting safe, efficient and reliable operations.Working within the change portfolio, you''ll provide structured PMO support across a range of projects and programmes, helping to ensure consistent governance, accurate reporting and effective delivery oversight. You''ll work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers across governance, reporting, RAID management, benefits tracking and financial monitoring.Key Responsibilities and SkillsProvide PMO support across projects and programmes, ensuring governance frameworks, processes, standards and controls are consistently applied.Coordinate governance activities, including meetings, action tracking, decision logs, documentation and stage gate reviews.Maintain RAID and benefits management processes, ensuring risks, issues, dependencies and benefits are accurately tracked and reported.Support portfolio planning, resource and financial management, including pipeline tracking, budget monitoring, forecasting and capacity planning.Produce regular reporting packs and management information, analysing project and portfolio data to identify trends and support informed ..... full job details .....
