Job Role: Plumbing and Heating EngineerSalary: up to 45k Location: London My client is looking for a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, the ideal person will have some commercial experience.Duties:Carry out PPM, Remedial and Reactive worksProject works, including heating and domestic services installationsScrewed pipework fittingExperience of working in occupied dwellings and officesFault find and diagnose issues, reporting on what is required to rectify issuesWorking with Asset Pro live reporting system ensuring all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA.Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired reports if necessaryAttend training and Health and Safety courses Required / Skills:Full UK licencePTS qualified desirableStrong attention to detailStrong communication skillsCity and Guilds or NVQ level QualificationsGas Safe registered ..... full job details .....
