You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across domestic properties.Servicing and maintaining domestic gas appliances and heating systems.Diagnosing faults and undertaking breakdown repairs.Completing general plumbing maintenance, repairs and fault-finding.Identifying and resolving issues with central heating and hot-water systems.Carrying out reactive maintenance and responding to repair requests.Ensuring all work complies with relevant gas safety regulations and industry standards.Providing a professional, customer-focused service within occupied properties.Completing job reports and maintaining accurate service records.Managing your workload ..... full job details .....
