Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Plumbing Engineer We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing building services company carrying out a varied range of gas, plumbing and heating works across commercial and domestic properties in BirminghamThis is a hands-on role suited to a Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Plumbing Engineer who is confident working independently, investigating faults and completing repairs and installations to a high standard. As a Commercial Gas Engineer / Commercial Plumbing Engineer your responsibilities will include: Respond to reactive maintenance gas and plumbing service calls Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing and mechanical systems. Diagnose faults and undertake repairs to water services, pipework, sanitary ware, drainage systems and associated plant. Install and replace commercial plumbing systems and components. Carry out repairs to hot and cold-water systems, booster sets, expansion vessels, thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), pumps and associated equipment. Conduct water hygiene tasks, including temperature monitoring and remedial works where required. Complete service reports, job sheets and compliance documentation accurately and on time. Liaise professionally with customers and provide technical advice where required.
