PlumberSalary: £35,000 - £36,000 + Company Van + BenefitsSt Albans, AL3 6PHPermanent - Full Time - 40 Hours Per WeekWe are looking to recruit a Plumber to join our team in St Albans.About the RoleWorking to deliver the best quality service, you''ll carry out repairs to properties, demonstrating your competence to multi-skill outside your core trade, to include minor plumbing works, building work, possible groundworks and drainage related works.You''ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience. About YouPrevious experience within a similar role, you''ll have the ability to work in all weather, operate small hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions. You''ll have excellent Health and Safety knowledge, experience in repairs and maintenance, and ideally a social/local authority housing background. You''ll be able to work well both independently and as part of a team and have other relevant ancillary skills. You''ll also be prepared to undertake an NVQ BMO (Building Maintenance Operative) qualification.
