Commercial PlumberCommercial Plumber. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing building services company, working across a variety of commercial sites throughout London. This is a mobile, hands-on role covering the installation, maintenance, fault finding and repair of commercial plumbing and mechanical systems.The RoleAs a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for:Carrying out commercial plumbing installations, repairs and maintenanceCompleting first and second fix plumbing worksFault finding and diagnosing plumbing and mechanical system issuesTesting and commissioning systemsCarrying out planned and reactive maintenanceEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulationsCompleting job sheets, reports and relevant paperwork accuratelyWorking independently across customer sitesParticipating in an out-of-hours call-out rota when requiredProviding a professional service to customers at all timesWhat We''re Looking ForYou should have previous experience working as a Plumber within commercial environments and be confident carrying out both maintenance and installation work. You will ideally have:NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, or equivalentPrevious commercial plumbing experienceStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsExperience with installation, maintenance and repairsGood knowledge of relevant Health and Safety requirementsAbility to work independently as a mobile engineerGood communication and ..... full job details .....
