Job Role: Plumber Location: Central London Duration: Long-term The Opportunity We are currently recruiting experienced Plumbers for a long-term residential development in Central London. We are looking for reliable, skilled tradespeople with a strong background in residential construction who can deliver quality installations, work efficiently to programme and maintain high standards of workmanship. This is an opportunity to secure ongoing work on a residential project, working alongside an established site team. Duties and Responsibilities Carrying out first fix and second fix plumbing installations across residential properties. Installing hot and cold water pipework, sanitaryware, valves, fittings and associated components. Installing soil, waste and drainage pipework where required. Reading and interpreting plumbing drawings, layouts and technical specifications. Measuring, cutting, routing and supporting pipework in accordance with installation requirements. Carrying out leak checks and installation testing as required. Coordinating with supervisors and other trades to ensure installations are completed correctly and to programme. Maintaining quality standards, safe working practices and a clean, organised work area. Requirements Proven experience as a Plumber on residential construction or new-build developments. Strong knowledge of first fix and second fix plumbing. Experience with domestic water systems, sanitaryware and associated pipework. Ability to read and ..... full job details .....
