We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our growing team, supporting repairs, maintenance, and small works across a social housing portfolio in Dartford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service within occupied and void residential properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties. Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, heating system issues, and sanitary ware repairs. Complete planned and reactive maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with current health and safety regulations. Deliver a professional and customer-focused service to residents and housing providers. Accurately complete job reports and paperwork as required. Requirements NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing Qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience working within domestic properties or social housing environments. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively. Full UK clean driving licence. Excellent communication and customer service skills. What''s on Offer?
