We\''re working with a civil engineering contractor to recruit a Plant Operations Manager. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills and a proven ability to coordinate people, equipment, and processes in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
Coordinating daily plant hire operations, minimising downtime and duplicationMonitoring utilisation, investigating losses/damages, and driving improvementsSupporting compliance, toolbox talks, and departmental communicationsLine managing stores and hire teams, with oversight of fleet/workshop functions when neededDeveloping supplier agreements and supporting stock control for better cost efficiencyWhat we\''re looking for
