Finance and Operations Manager - Renewable Energy Developer Hoxton, East London (office-based, 5 days opposite tube station) 40,000 - 60,000 + Bonus (up to 15%) + PensionThe OpportunityJoin a fast-growing renewable energy developer delivering solar, battery, and wind projects across the UK. As Finance and Operations Manager, you''ll take full ownership of finance across multiple entities and provide operational support in a dynamic SME environment where your impact is immediate and visible. What You''ll Do Manage multi-entity finance (SPVs): reconciliations, journals, intercompany, payments, and cashflow forecasting. Produce monthly management accounts and quarterly investor reports. Handle VAT, CIS, PAYE/NIC, and Companies House filings. Oversee payroll for a small team; liaise with auditors and external accountants. Work closely with outsourced HR partner on contracts and onboarding. Support day-to-day office operations and occasional PA/admin tasks. About You SME finance background: resourceful, hands-on, accurate, and self-sufficient. Experience in multi-entity or project-based accounting. Strong Xero and Excel skills. Qualification: AAT L4/QBE or part-/newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA. Bright, personable, and adaptable - thrives in a small, open-plan office. Happy to work onsite five days per week in Hoxton.
