Plant Mechanic

IMH Recruitment are currently seeking experienced-HGV/Plant Mechanics-with-vehicle and HGV driving experience-to join our client based in-Leicester (LE9).

Key Duties:

• Carry out maintenance, servicing and repairs on HGVs and plant equipment
• Diagnose faults and complete mechanical and electrical repairs
• Conduct inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and ensure roadworthiness
• Complete relevant paperwork and job records accurately
• Drive HGVs and other vehicles as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HGV/Plant Mechanic
• Experience in vehicle diagnostics, servicing and repairs
• Valid HGV licence (Class 1 or Class 2 preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 37 hours per week
• Working hours confirmed at interview
• -23.54 per hour
• Weekly pay (via agency)
