Operations
Achieve optimum profitability both short and long-term, through effective management and utilization of all resources (man, machine, materials, method and measurement)Direct the safe manufacturing of all products to established specifications while meeting compliance with governmental regulations, company policies and safety standards.Develop and implement processes and procedures designed to eliminate operating inefficiencies while improving product quality and achieving customer satisfaction, profit, and growth goalsDevelop and execute strategic plans for production, while maintaining alignment with company and corporate objectives.Team Development
Select, train, develop, lead, and evaluate production personnelIdentify and Initiate training/development for production management (Soft and Hard skills)Identify and Initiate capacity expansion thru extension or creation of operating hours based on production demandExecute cross training to ensure equipment staffing during planned absence or production demandQuality and Continuous Improvement

Ten (10) years’ experience in print manufacturing environment or related field.Five (5) years’ experience in progressive leadership roles in a print manufacturing environment.Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Printing, Operations Management, or similar discipline .Demonstrates strong technical and product knowledge of the durable label printing and converting industry.Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement.Demonstrated experience with information systems within manufacturing applications.ALG Plant Manager Characteristics
