Role and Responsibilities:

Manage the plant operations and make key business decisions.

Provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve future growth.

Develop and implement company strategies and business plans.

Lead and develop the team with a proactive approach.

Set budgets, forecasts, and allocate resources effectively.

Implement KPIs and drive process improvements to reduce lead times and costs.

Establish strategic partnerships for competitive advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Strong process engineering background with experience as a Plant Manager or Managing Director.

Proven ability to propose and implement process improvements.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Strong leadership skills to enhance business culture and processes.
