Due to expansion, we are recruiting a Plant Fitter to join a highly skilled team in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise across both plant machinery and specialist forklifts for a company delivering projects across the automotive, industrial, rail and nuclear sectors.

As a Plant Fitter, you will carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on plant machinery and occasionally support with maintaining their fleet of forklifts.

This position would suit a motivated individual with plant fitting experience looking for a stable, days-based role with guaranteed overtime at x1.5.

The Role:
*Carry out reactive, planned and preventative maintenance on plant machinery
*Receive training on forklift maintenance and repairs
*Benefit from 5-10 hours guaranteed overtime per week at x1.5
*Work at a single site in Redditch on a days-only contract

The Candidate:
*Previous experience working as a plant fitter/mechanical fitter
*Willingness to train on forklift servicing
*Based within a commutable distance of Redditch
