Planning Administrator (Temporary)Hours: 37 hours per week (Alternating shifts: 07:30-15:30 / 09:00-17:00)Contract: Until Mid-November 2026 (potential extension)We''re seeking a highly organised Planning Administrator to join a busy team in Exeter. You''ll play a key role in managing no-access repair cases, ensuring records are accurate, supporting service delivery, and working with multiple departments to help resolve issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Processing no access repair cases on Civica from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail.Working closely with Customer Services, Enforcement, Housing, and Planning teams to resolve no access issues.Providing administrative support to the Planning team.Understanding and applying legislation relating to no access repairs.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of processes, systems, and compliance requirements.Ensuring customer contact information is accurate and investigating booking issues where required.Delivering a customer-focused service while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.Producing daily KPI reports and tracking trends using Microsoft Excel.What We''re Looking For:Strong administration and data entry experienceExcellent attention to detailConfident communication skillsCustomer service experienceProficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft TeamsAbility to manage workload in a fast-paced environmentThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real impact on service ..... full job details .....
