The role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.The RoleAs a Planner / Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating engineers and operatives, ensuring repairs and maintenance jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed within the required timescales.Your responsibilities will include:Scheduling and coordinating daily workloads for engineers and operativesManaging appointments and ensuring jobs are allocated efficientlyLiaising with tenants, operatives, supervisors and other internal teamsMonitoring outstanding and completed worksRescheduling appointments where requiredUpdating systems with accurate job and appointment informationPrioritising urgent and reactive repairsEnsuring works are delivered within agreed timescales and service standardsDealing with queries and resolving scheduling issues promptlyAbout YouWe are looking for someone with previous experience in a planning, scheduling, coordination or administration role, ideally ..... full job details .....
