Planned Works Surveyor

We are delighted to be working with a social landlord in Gloucestershire that are looking for a Building Surveyor in their asset team on a permanent basis due to an in-house promotion.

Role: Building Surveyor
Salary: -40,000- -43,248
Location: Gloucester

Overall Purpose of the Building Surveyor role:

• Supporting the organisations Planned Programme by managing large scale contracts.
• Deliver investments and improvements across the organisations stock
• Oversee the successful delivery of large scale, multi-year projects and contracts
• lead on budgetary control, contract coordination, management and administration
• Ensure services are delivered to customer satisfaction, agreed standards,

Desired experience/ qualifications:

• Experience in working in a social housing setting
• Qualified building surveyor (desired)
• Experience managing large scale planned works projects

Building Surveyor role benefits:
