Planned and Cyclical Works Manager East London (Hybrid) £59,166 + Excellent BenefitsGoodman Masson are delighted to be partnering with Local Space to recruit a Planned and Cyclical Works Manager.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a growing planned investment function within a values-led organisation that is committed to providing safe, high-quality homes for residents across London.Reporting directly to the Head of Asset Delivery, you''ll lead the delivery of planned and cyclical investment programmes, managing budgets, contractors and programme performance while helping shape the organisation''s long-term asset investment strategy.This role would suit an experienced Planned Works Manager, Capital Works Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Surveyor looking to take on a strategic leadership position with genuine autonomy and influence.
