Planned Works Administrator - Social Housing Planned MaintenanceBased in UxbridgeFull-Time - Permanent 27,000 - 29,000 per annum We are working with a leading social housing contractor to find a Planned Works Administrator to join their team based in Uxbridge, working on planned maintenance projects within the social housing sector.The role will involve working closely with the operational teams to assist in the day to day administration for decarbonisation projects. We are looking for candidates with a strong administration background ideally within the social housing OR construction sector.Duties will include:Handling project documentation - creating and maintaining plans and reports Updating Project Management systems, files and formsCoordinate project activities, equipment and resourcesLiaising with subcontractors, clients and branch retrofit teamMaintaining and updating of Excel based trackersUploading of documentation to various SharePoint sitesDownloading and saving of documentation from Subcontractor PortalsAny adhoc admin duties that may ariseWe are looking for:Candidates with previous experience working within a similar role, ideally within the Social Housing or Construction sectorStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and good IT skillsYou will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believe the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.For your chance of securing this ..... full job details .....
