Supervisor - Planned Works

Position: Supervisor - Planned Works Location: West London Contract: Temp to perm Salary: 49500 + company van, fuel card and excellent benefits We are currently looking for a Planned Works Supervisor to join our client, a housing association based in West London. Role Overview: To manage and coordinate major works across the housing stock, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time and to specification Duties include: Conduct inspections to ensure that all health and safety, compliance, and quality standards are met. Allocate jobs to in-house teams or external contractors, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, including asbestos awareness and risk assessments. Liaise with tenants, housing officers, lettings teams, and contractors to coordinate smooth handovers and effective communication. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times without compromising quality. You Will Need: Experience in supervising or managing planned/major works projects or repairs work in a social housing or property maintenance environment. Valid UK driving licence. Good knowledge of building maintenance and relevant trades. Understanding of health and safety, building regulations, and compliance standards. Strong organisation, communication, and IT skills.
