Job Title: Picker / PackerLocation: Elmswell, Bury St Edmunds (please note: this site is not accessible via public transport)Hours: Monday to Thursday 19:00 - 03:30 and Friday 16:00 - 00:30Pay: 13.50 per hourAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Picker / Packer to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company in Bury St Edmunds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.This role is based within a factory setting. Some areas, including cold storage, may operate at low temperatures, and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and pack orders to meet production and dispatch deadlinesUse scanning systems to track, record, and organise stockCarry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and high standards are maintainedMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentWork collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targetsFollow all site procedures, including health and safety and hygiene standardsOperate within cold store areas as requiredRequirementsPrevious experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organisational and time management skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in a factory environment, including cold conditionsWillingness to wear required PPE at all timesReliable with a strong work ..... full job details .....
