About the Role:
A forward-thinking secondary school in Aylesbury is looking for a Physics Teacher to join their Science department from January 2026. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Physics lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach A-Level Physics for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons that foster curiosity and achievement
• Support studentsandrsquo; academic progress through effective teaching and assessment
• Differentiate lessons for a variety of learning needs, including SEN and EAL pupils
• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level success
• Contribute to Science enrichment activities, such as STEM clubs and trips

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching Physics at secondary level
• Excellent subject knowledge and ability to engage pupils
• Commitment to raising attainment and inspiring a passion for Science
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
