Reporting to the CEO, this position will focus on new customer acquisition, retention, relationship building, driving sales, and margin growth.As the Head of Procurement and Sales, you will be responsible for the following: Commercial Strategy Product Innovation Market Research and Competitor Analysis Procurement Strategy Team Leadership and Accountability for performance metrics Requirements Proven track record as a senior leader in procurement, sales or commercial positions within Plastic Packaging, Paper or Manufacturing related sectors. Experience with influencing a Senior Leadership team. Experience driving sales growth, margin improvement, and budgetary control. Commercial acumen and understanding of the plastic Packaging, Paper or Manufacturing industry Excellent negotiation skills. Previous experience in working closely with suppliers.
