Royal Ballet and OperaPermanent position based in Covent Garden, London. Full time: 40 hours per week with flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as required. Up to £40,000 per annum, based on skills and experience.The Royal Ballet and Opera continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance both on stage and through multiple digital platforms. Manage a number of philanthropic relationships and contribute to the team by developing new initiatives and growing the portfolio.Ideal candidate
An established track record in philanthropy or fundraising for major organisationsDemonstrated success in managing a portfolio of high-value relationships with experience of personally securing significant giftsAbility to think strategically to devise engagement and cultivation plans and identify opportunities for approaches to prospectsA balance of experience and innovation to develop new ideas and launch initiatives successfullyCredibility as an ambassador in the area of philanthropy, able to work effectively at senior levels and liaise with high-net-worth individualsStrong project management skills with experience of solving complex problems, drawing on resources and collaborative workingA working knowledge of our repertoire is not a prerequisite, but the ability to upskill quickly in our art forms to confidently speak to prospective donors is essential.Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
