We are delighted to be working with a renowned international youth charity to recruit a Philanthropy Manager. The charity leads one of the world’s most respected youth programmes, empowering over a million young people annually across 120+ countries and territories. This is a unique opportunity to join a globally recognised organisation and play a key role in building and deepening relationships with a high-level network of generous and engaged donors.Location:
Hybrid – 2 days per week in Southwark, LondonResponsibilities
You will lead on the recruitment and stewardship of high-value donors, including five- and six-figure pledges, and manage all stages of the donor lifecycle, from research and due diligence to proposal writing, relationship-building, and stewardship.Qualifications
A proven track record of engaging high-net-worth individuals and securing significant philanthropic gifts.Experience communicating with senior stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.A strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Cultural intelligence and a deep understanding of donor engagement and stewardship processes.How to apply
