Philanthropy Manager , you will be responsible for securing income from

High Net Worth Individuals

and supporting the development of

Corporate Partnerships . With a new campaign,

A Route to A Million , aiming to raise an additional £1.5 million over three years, and opportunities to work with new board members, this role involves stewarding and nurturing relationships that can lead to multiyear six-figure gifts.To succeed, you should have proven experience in fundraising and securing income from major donors or corporate partnerships. Strong pipeline management and relationship-building skills that have resulted in multiyear relationships with high-value donors are essential. A passion for empowering young people through social action is important.This is a

part-time, permanent position
