With a refreshed strategy and a growing fundraising team, there is real momentum to diversify and increase income.About the roleThe Philanthropy Manager will play a pivotal role in developing Futures for All s philanthropy programme. You ll build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), cultivating and stewarding supporters to give £5k+ annually, while working closely with colleagues, trustees and volunteers to deliver inspiring asks and proposals.The role also offers opportunities to support other fundraising activity, including trusts, foundations, and corporate partnerships, contributing to an ambitious and collaborative fundraising team.About youThey are seeking someone with experience building strong relationships with donors or clients, ideally in major donor or high-value fundraising.
