Personal Tax Senior
We''re looking for an experienced Personal Tax Senior to join our established and growing accountancy practice. With a team of around 70 staff across Accounts, Tax, Payroll and Bookkeeping, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to develop their career within a supportive team environment. The Role You''ll be responsible for: Preparing and reviewing Personal Tax Returns for a varied client portfolio Managing tax compliance deadlines and ensuring timely HMRC submissions Supporting tax planning and advisory work Assisting with HMRC enquiries and correspondence Researching complex tax issues and providing clear, practical advice Building strong client relationships and handling day-to-day queries Keeping up to date with changes in UK tax legislation Supporting the training and development of other team members About You We''re looking for someone with: Recent experience working within a UK accountancy practice Strong Personal Tax knowledge and experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple deadlines and client expectations A proactive, organised and client-focused approach The ability to work effectively as part of a wider tax team Due to the hybrid working arrangement, candidates should be reasonably local to the office, with 3 days office-based and 2 days working from home.
