Personal Tax Senior

Are you an experienced Personal Tax professional looking to progress your career within a reputable and growing accountancy practice? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Tax Senior to join a well-established accountancy firm in Stockport. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a varied portfolio of personal tax work, strong client contact and the opportunity to develop your advisory experience further. The role would suit an experienced Personal Tax Senior, or a strong Personal Tax Semi Senior who is ready to take the next step. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a portfolio of Personal Tax clients, including owner-managed business owners, company directors, partners and high-net-worth individuals Prepare and submit Self Assessment tax returns Deal with personal tax compliance matters accurately and within relevant deadlines Prepare Capital Gains Tax calculations where required Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and provide day-to-day personal tax support Deal with HMRC correspondence and assist with personal tax enquiries Identify opportunities for tax planning and advisory work Work alongside the Tax Director on more complex tax planning and advisory matters Collaborate with colleagues across the wider practice to provide a consistent service to clients Support and share knowledge with more junior members of the team where appropriate ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have solid Personal Tax experience gained within an accountancy ..... full job details .....
