About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time role for a Personal Injury solicitor based in London. You will manage a mixed caseload of Employer’s Liability, Public Liability, and Road Traffic Accident claims for a Tier 1 ranked national firm. The position focuses primarily on Fast Track litigation, offering direct involvement in complex, high-profile claimant work. The successful candidate will handle cases from instruction through to settlement or trial, ensuring strong client care throughout. Key skills required include proven experience in personal injury litigation, sound case management abilities, and a thorough understanding of the litigation process.
