Personal Injury Solicitor OL/EL/PL Location: Remote Options Job Type: Full Time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Experience: 2+ years PQE or equivalent relevant experience The Opportunity We are currently working with a growing law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with a strong background in Employers Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers Liability work who is confident managing their own caseload and taking matters through to conclusion. The Role You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of OL/EL/PL claims, providing clients with clear legal advice and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently from initial instruction through to settlement or Trial. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of OL/EL/PL personal injury claims. Handling claims arising from workplace, public liability and occupiers liability accidents. Taking ownership of matters from inception through to settlement and, where required, Trial. Providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships. Ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service throughout their claim. Progressing files efficiently and managing deadlines effectively. Maintaining accurate and compliant case records.
