The Role The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload, predominantly consisting of non-motor personal injury matters, including: Employers'' Liability (EL) Public Liability (PL) Highways Act claims Product Liability claims Other non-motor personal injury matters Whilst there will be some higher-value Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, previous RTA experience is not essential for this position. The caseload will involve dealing with claim values ranging from lower-value Fast Track cases through to substantial Multi-Track litigation. The firm provides ongoing supervision and support, but the successful candidate will be expected to handle routine matters with a high degree of autonomy while contributing positively to the wider team. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally: Be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earners Have a minimum of 3 years'' experience managing a predominantly non-motor personal injury caseload.
