Personal Assistant in the Asian music sector

This newly created role sits at the heart of the business, offering a rare opportunity to join a high-growth organisation during an exciting phase of expansion.With 36+ companies and a strong presence in Bollywood and Bhangra music alongside property and entertainment ventures, the group has a close-knit, non-corporate culture where collaboration and pace define how they work.Key Responsibilities:You will take full ownership of an ever-changing diary, including coordinating extensive UK and international travel.Manage correspondence and stakeholder relationships with professionalism.Ensure projects remain on track across multiple business interests.Play a key role in helping the business scale by introducing structure, improving processes, and supporting day-to-day operations across administration, expenses, and light HR responsibilities.Managing office supplies, and meetings.Efficiently manage invoices and expenses, supporting with financial administration.Key Requirements:You will bring proven PA or EA experience, ideally gained within an entrepreneurial, founder-led, or family-run business environment.Exposure to the entertainment industry would be highly advantageous.You are proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure, ..... full job details .....
