Personal Assistant position full time based in Walsall. This role is supporting a CEO as well as some work for the board.

Client Details

My client is a growing organisation who are looking for an Personal Assistant to support their CEO and will be a hybrid, 2 days from home role based in Walsall.

Description

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Track and manage expenses, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation.

Profile

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is advantageous.
