Monday–Thursday: 8:45am–5:20pm | Friday: 8:45am–4:30pm
Minimum 2 days per week in the office

We’re recruiting for a Personal Advisors to support young people aged 16–25, helping them develop independence and successfully transition into adulthood.

Key Responsibilities

?? Lead and review Pathway Plans
?? Support young people with accommodation, finances, benefits and healthcare
?? Provide consistent guidance and emotional support
?? Coordinate with social workers, housing, education and health services
?? Advocate for young people and their best interests
?? Maintain regular contact and monitor wellbeing
?? Keep accurate and up-to-date case records
