Job Opportunity: RAMS and Permit to Work CoordinatorLocation: Peterhead, AberdeenshireWork Pattern: Full-Time, Monday - FridayRate: 360.00 per day (equivalent to 45.00/hr based on an 8-hour day)Industry: Construction / Civil Engineering / InfrastructureAbout the RoleWe are seeking an organised and detail-oriented RAMS and Permit to Work Coordinator to oversee and manage the safe planning, control, and administration of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and Permit to Work (PTW) systems across a key infrastructure project in Peterhead.In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with site management, engineering teams, and subcontractors to ensure that all high-risk construction activities are rigorously assessed, authorised, and compliant with safety legislation before work commences.Key ResponsibilitiesRAMS Management: Coordinate the submission, review, approval, and tracking of internal and subcontractor RAMS.Maintain a live tracker to monitor documentation status, approvals, revisions, and expiry dates.Ensure approved RAMS are communicated effectively to operational site teams.Permit to Work (PTW) Coordination: Manage the daily issuing, monitoring, and closing of site-specific permits (including Excavation, Hot Works, Electrical, Confined Space, Lifting Operations, Working at Height, and Isolations).Maintain precise permit registers, resolve activity conflicts, and support compliance audits.Compliance and Reporting:Monitor site activities to verify ..... full job details .....
