It is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in providing first-line HR support and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver pragmatic and consistent HR advice.Provide HR advice to stakeholders, ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and procedures.Manage a range of employee relations cases, including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and appeals.Provide oversight and support across recruitment and resourcing, including reviewing job specifications, assisting with interviews, and supporting onboarding processes.Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely provision of information.Ensure HR advice and practices remain compliant with UK employment law and HR ..... full job details .....
