HR Advisor Global Engineering Firm Central London - Hybrid (with travel) up to £50,000 A leading global engineering firm with offices based in Central London, near Holborn station, are seeking a confident, knowledgeable and driven HR Advisor to join their close knit HR team covering their Southern regions. Reporting directly to a supportive HR Business Partner, the successful HR Advisor will be responsible for providing generalist advisory support and will have first class stakeholder relationship building skills and communication skills. This is a full time, permanent role which offers hybrid working with travel to their regional offices.Day to day duties may include:Provide expert advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.Support employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and best practices.Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.The successful candidate must have strong HR Advisory experience, ideally from within a construction, engineering or building control industries (or similar) alongside your CIPD level 5 (or similar).
