Peripatetic Service Coordinator - Mental Health

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate leader to join our Mental Health Services as a Peripatetic Service Coordinator, supporting teams across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of people with complex mental health needs while supporting and developing high-performing teams. As a Service Coordinator, you will lead teams to support people with complex mental health needs to achieve their goals, build independence, and develop the skills and confidence needed to live fulfilling lives within their communities. You will help people build resilience, develop practical life skills, strengthen community connections, and take greater control of their future through person-centred support. You will be an inspirational and supportive leader with excellent communication and listening skills, able to motivate, develop and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding support. You will have a strong understanding of person-centred practice and a commitment to promoting positive mental health, wellbeing and recovery-focused support. You will ensure services operate safely, effectively and in line with relevant legislation, regulations and organisational standards, while evidencing positive outcomes for the people we support.
